After you submit your Conference Registration, please go to the GAVCO Store to make payment for your Conference Registration fee(s).

Refund Policy
All requests for refunds/attendance cancellations must be received by March 4, 2019. Refund checks will be processed approximately 30 days after the conclusion of the conference. Refund requests should be submitted via email to [email protected]. Requests received after March 4, 2019 will not be honored and all monies paid beforehand will be forfeited. Requests for attendance substitutions within colleges/universities should be communicated via email no later than Friday, March 8, 2019. Onsite registration is permitted as space is available and at the discretion of the conference committee chairperson (all applicable late fees will apply).
